Emergency water conservation for League City

UPDATE: EMERGENCY TRANSMISSION LINE REPAIR

The City of League City is extending conservation request issued 6/8/2011. We are now asking residents to discontinue all irrigation of landscaping and unnecessary water usage through the weekend (6/12/11).

Reduced water usage is necessary until repairs are complete on a leak in the 42-inch water transmission line on State Hwy. 3. This waterline supplies the majority of the water required to meet the daily demand of League City.
